Our client is one of the largest banking group in the Asia Pacific region serving the corporate and consumer markets. To enhance absolute consumer experience and high service level, they are inviting innovative, fun and creative individual to take on the challenge as Application Development manager.

You are well-versed and in the know-how of ensuring target of core banking application and related components functionality.
Possess understanding of consumer’s behavior and identifying application requirements and new business model
Managing of project from inception to conception as well as ensuring application readiness for Go-live
Identify, review and propose solutions to project matters such as contingency plans, scope changes and issues.
Coordinating activities with Project Managers, Leads and accountable for team on application development such as Business processes, Change Management, PMO
Comfortable in working with cross-functional team such as Channel Development as well as vendors
Develop training kit to support new core banking solution and construct training of team members
Capable to generate revenue and oversee product take up rate
Promotion inclusion behavior and positive work environment ensuring best practices are followed
Experience in managing application of retail banking solution on Unix platform would be preferred
Incumbent with TCS BaNCS solution background would be advantageous
