Responsibilities:

Support the provisioning of access into the IT Application.
Establish, maintain and monitor policies and procedures which promote the secure and uninterrupted operation of all data processing systems.
Establishment and communications of standards, procedures, and guidelines to prevent the unauthorized use, release, modification or destruction of data in any form.
Define and document the ownership of information.
Assign access to information and transactions as defined by the owner of the information.
Monitor all security activities on all systems and maintain security policies and procedures for systems software.
Create and maintain user Id’s on all systems. Review and deliver access as required.
Through daily interaction, educate users in security principles, policy and practices.
Handle moderate to complex problem resolution without escalation and with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

MUST BE WILLING TO WORK SHIFT HOURS.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Access provisioning, system security.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in security software product(s) is required for this position. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent. job role in Infrastructure Security or equivalent.
Able to handle multiple tasks,think creatively, learn new things and adapt to a changing environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Proficient in both spoken and written of English and Bahasa Malaysia
