position DESCRIPTION
Responsible for meeting or exceeding sales budgets for market segment in the country through key account management and growing through target accounts.
 
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Build a trusted long term business partnership in international payment processing.
Manage customer satisfaction and expand existing accounts through exceeding account growth targets.
Responsible for utilizing efficient time management skills and planning as it relates to his/her customers.
Provides reporting on customers and competitive activities.
Develops strong partnership with Regional Marketing Team for understanding customer/ market needs and formulate strategies.
Develop and improve relationship with new and existing customers in order to enable account growth.
Mobilizes necessary resources (materials, resources etc) as required to maximize chances of successful new business qualifications trials.
Executes pricing decisions/ negotiations based on guidance provided by national sales leadership.
 
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
Preferably to have experience in performance coatings, chemical and electroplating.
3 Full-Time positions available.
