Responsibilities:
The role of the executive Compensation Program Specialist / Senior Specialist is to support all compensation cycle and off cycle activities for a set of businesses.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to )  :

Manage executive cash , equity and incentive cycles for one or several businesses : issuing review spreadsheets, providing guidance to management , ensuring compliance to corporate guidelines and funding
Propose executive compensation packages for new hires, promotions, relocations, incentive plan changes or retention actions
Prepare transaction proposals within our executive  compensation systems and obtain  appropriate approvals  
Evaluate and monitor  the banding of new/changing executive roles
Monitor the executive headcount utilization and ensure business stay within their yearly plan
Perform regular reconciliation with incentive team for executives who move on and  off sales plan
Produce on demand analysis on executive pay competitiveness or other group dynamics
Partner and influence stakeholders and clients who maybe located in other geographies.


Requirements:


Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience required
Previous experience in compensation preferred
Fluency in English required
Bachelor's Degree required
Strong data mining, analytical skills and proficiency in use of spreadsheets required
Ability to interface with a cross-border compensation team required
Strong communication and customer relations skills required
Excellent time management and prioritization skills required
