:li/: Prioritizes Directs the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.
:li/: Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
:li/: Plans and administers procedures and budgets.
:li/: Makes budgetary recommendations regarding and, at higher levels, controls capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor.
:li/: Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.
:li/: Supervises operators.
:li/: Position as a professional with requirements of discretion, independent judgement, and decision:making in the context of the employees relative job in conjunction with people management responsiblities including performance evaluation and pay review.
Qualifications
:li/: Minimum 2 years of Supervisor experience for STPM, Prof. Certificate or Diploma holder.
:li/: Able to use Microsoft office software.
:li/: Preferably Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
:li/: For Bachelor Degree holder, fresh graduates are encourage .
