To plan, direct and evaluate the activities for Sales and Marketing both for the existing customers as well as the potential ones.  With the end-in view of expanding the Company’s customer base, both here and abroad,  and ensuring  market competitiveness. Exposures in electronics manufacturing services (EMS).  The core objectives of the position are as follows:


Develop, direct and evaluate the marketing strategies of the company for new business even with existing customers.




Carry out market research for possible source of inspection business especially in automotive industry, logistics and sub-assembly.
Build and maintain key relationships to accomplish market objectives as well as targeting and securing new businesses for the company in accordance with the agreed business plans.
Conduct regular market scanning to identify trends, opportunities and threats in the market as inputs to planning




Arrange sales calls and attend to customer visits




Ensure customer satisfaction by initiating coordination meetings with concerned Departments and customer representatives to tackle pressing problems and issues




Monitor accomplishment of monthly sales targets and analyze results.




Assists in product development




Develop concepts for the Company’s Marketing paraphernalia such as brochures, power point/video  presentations, newsletter  and the like
Updates customer with the latest developments about the Company




Interface with customer with regards to contract negotiation and provision of quotation of company services.




Interface with Manufacturing Operations to ensure that customer sensitivities are downloaded properly to meet direct and end customers’ needs.
Act as conduit between customer and Manufacturing operations to resolve Technical and/or administrative issues and ensure that response is within customer expectations.




Perform customer satisfaction surveys, analyze data and come out with strategies to continuously improve customer service and perception.




Provide value-added service to improve customer relations.


 
 Requirements:


Candidate must have Bachelor's Degree in Electronic/ Mechatronics / Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
Experience in electronic manufacturing services (EMS) /semiconductor
Should have excellent communication skill (English, Malay). Able to communicate with mandarin is value added.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Excellent customer services and a team player
Extensive business networking in EMS field / semiconductor
