Our Client, an established Bank in malaysia with an excellent reputation for Transaction Banking, is looking for a front line VP for their Transaction Banking team within the Corporate Banking Group. The incumbent will join a very successful team at an exciting time for the bank as they strive for excellence within Malaysia and across the region.
 
position DESCRIPTION
Introduces business strategy to Corporate Clients, which consists of product development, sales and client services delivery so as to achieve budget
 
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
To manage a product portfolio which helps to generate the targets for trade and cash income
Carry out new product strategies and to implement these products
Conduct frequent product reviews and  pricing to ensure that they are competitive in the Market
Assist to improve the client implementation procedures
Work hand in hand with Treasury, RM’s to sell deposits, FX, trade finance and other transaction banking products
Provide solutions to customers and assist in resolving issues which customer face
Provide friendly and efficient service to customer to ensure timely response to all queries Conduct Sales Calls to existing customers to discuss new business
Process end to end transactions and liaise between processing back office and external customers
 
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Strong technical knowledge in Trade Finance products
Able to handle all enquiries relating to Trade Finance singly, without referral
Confident in handling client facing responsibilities
Familiar with Commodities products and their Trade flows Excellent Customer Service and Sales Focus
Ideally Fluent in English, Bahasa and Mandarin
Possess Degree qualifications
Possess at least 8 years of experience in Trade Finance Products, Cash Management Products
Good in Negotiation & Presentation Skills
Able to communicate with people of all levels
